FAQ - Please Read Before Joining

1．How much can I earn and how do I get paid?

• Monthly sales are rewarded as follows:
  • $0-$4999.99 - 4%,
  • $5000-$14,999 - 6%,
  • $15,000-$24,999 - 8%,
  • > $25,000 - 10% commission.
• Affiliate commission payments will be sent by the 15th of the month and include commission for any orders shipped 30+ days prior when at least $100 USD commission is earned, less any customer returns.
• Affiliate commission payments can be completed via PayPal or in the form of the STEPPERONLINE website Credit.
• If a purchase is refunded, a commission won’t be paid out for that referral. If this happens after the commission is paid, the refund value will roll into the next month.

2. How can I promote STEPPERONLINE products?

• STEPPERONLINE will provide logos that you can use to drive traffic through your referral links. Affiliates will be able to utilize product images and other related content from STEPPERONLINE website or official social media.
• Use a general link to STEPPEONLINE homepage or to specific products you are promoting.
• Post links on social media accounts that you manage. Be sure to hashtag us #STEPPERONLINE.
• YouTube videos with your related affiliate links in the video description.
• Include STEPPERONLINE product information and affiliate links on your personal and professional websites and blog posts.

3. Are there any important restrictions?

• Current Resellers/Distributors are not eligible.
• Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
• We do not allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases.
• Do not share your affiliate sign up link with anyone as it belongs exclusively to you.
• Do not use URL Shortener as this could prevent correct traffic tracking from your links.
• Do not include affiliate links on conversational posts in STEPPERONLINE social media posts, or in conversations on STEPPERONLINE Facebook group.
• Do not share your links with auction style ads such as Google Ad Words and similar.
• Do not post your referral links together or in the same location (ie: social media account) as competing referral programs in which you may be enrolled. We take this very seriously. Reach out with any questions FIRST.
• Advertise or engage in pornography, phishing scams, spamming, illegal business practices, or that include any material infringing on National or International Copyright can/will be removed from the program.
• We reserve the right to change or modify terms and conditions of this program and to terminate this agreement if we find violations of the terms. This affiliate program is a privilege – not a right. We hope that you will enjoy it and prosper from it for your helpful efforts.

4. How does tracking work?

• Those using your affiliate link will be tracked, via cookies, for 30 days after store visit. Any eligible purchase activity during that time will be credited to your account in accordance with the stated commission structure.

5. Are there any age or location restrictions?

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Worldwide affiliate opportunities are open.

6. How do I keep up with the program’s latest news?

• From time to time, we will be sending emails about program updates, product news, offers and promotions to all affiliates. These emails are intended to provide you with a heads up on what we are doing and this in turn will help you effectively promote STEPPERONLINE.

Commission Details

1． Affiliate Program Commissions Schedule

• This Associates Program Advertising Fee Schedule (“Schedule”) is part of the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the Associates Program. This Schedule describes the advertising fee rates you may earn as a participant in the Program. It also describes the limitations that apply to earning advertising fees on certain Products. From time to time, we may modify this Schedule in accordance with the Operating Agreement.
• During each calendar month, you may earn advertising fees for Qualifying Purchases. Most advertising fees are calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenues based on the tables below.
• “Qualifying Revenues” mean amounts we receive from customers’ Qualifying Purchases, excluding shipping, handling, and gift-wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and less any rebates, credit card processing fees, returns, and bad debt.
• Special Offers, Promotions and Products not suitable for referral.
  

2． Standard Commission Structure

         Earn up to 10% of each sale made through your referral links excluding Special Offers, Promotions and Products.

         Your commission for the month will align with your total monthly sales revenue.
